Praktyka zagraniczna - przygotowanie do pracy i życia
Date du début: 1 sept. 2014, Date de fin: 31 août 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

This project is prepared by the partnership group and is called: „External practice – preparation for the work and life” and it foresees the organisation of work practice for 30 students from our school in the German enterprises connected with the hotel and logistic industry. Students from our school come from Głogów (Upper Silesia Province) and surrounding localities. We have planned 4 groups of students for each practice: group 1 consists of 18 students from technical secondary school and vocational school (hotel and gastronomical majors). Groups no 2,3 and 4 will number 4 participants each, concerning the major technician of logistics. Every group will be accompanied by the German-speaking caretaker. The partnership group consists of 12 institutions: our school – The John Paul II ZSE school in Głogów, German coordinator – the company Siegmundsburger Haus Werraquelle GmbH from Siegmundsburg and 11 enterprises from Thüringen, which accept the students from the majors connected with tourism industry (hotels with restaurants). Students will take part in the monthly practice in March 2015, October, November and December 2015. Project bases on the principles of the ECVET system – project partners discussed it and compiled the most important issues connected with assessment and acknowledgment of the learning effects and competences from the external practice. It also covers priorities of the Erasmus+ programme such as development of the multilingualism and investment in improvement of the society’s education. A particular role in this project is played by the linguistic preparations before work practice (e.g. online courses on the EU special platform and additional classes in school) and language learning during the everyday work in companies in Germany. An important element of our project is the triple infill of the sheet concerning self-assessment about the development of the linguistic and social competences – a student will learn how to build a realistic picture of himself and his competences. These external work practice will also bring profits such as: a) arousal of the creativity, mobility and entrepreneurship of participants, b) development of the interpersonal abilities – learning how to function in relation employee-employer and cooperation with other co-workers, c) getting to know about the functions and structure of German enterprises, d) taking part in a vocational training according to the need of job market and supporting the people who are in danger of occupational exclusion, e) obtainment of the chance to enhance the linguistic abilities, building the international openness and sensibility, familiarizing with the cultural and mental differences, d) acquisition of the practical vocational abilities and growth of the German language competences. f) development of the self-reliance, punctuality and responsibility for the tasks. Moreover, thanks to the cultural trips, which will take place abroad, students will get in touch with the culture and history of Germany. Thanks to the programme Erasmus+ our school will also profit, it will be able to expand its educational offer and attract new students. Local environment will also have an interest in it. The region will receive well-educated citizens and employers potential workers who have good linguistic and vocational competences. After work practice the students will get documents such as: certificate with a mark which will help the school to recognise the acquired abilities by giving students patchy grades in the vocational subjects. They will also receive Mobility Europasses and they will prepare the curriculum vitae for their own needs (CV-Europass). These documents will help young people while looking for the job and entering the job market. Thanks to the actions by which the idea of the project will be widespread ,we hope to encourage as many people as it’s possible to develop continuously their personal and social skills and rise the vocational competences regardless of age. We hope that our action in this project will enable us to set an application for accreditation for experienced applicants. We attempt to organize such a practice every year and enhance our school to become a modern and long-term oriented international cooperation’s place. We will begin our project at 1 September 2014 and we will finish it at 31 March 2016.
