Their participation in the practice abroad will definitely help them rise their skills and qualificaion, broaden horizons as well as equalize chances on a job market. The curriculum of the projects and their duration corresponds to the teaching plan of the Polish ministry of education. It also takes into consideration all the goals and requirements for teaching technical specializations such as mechanics, hairdressers or logistics not mention the workers expectations from the local and European job market. The first goal is to rise the key skills and qualifications of the young people, particularly those with smaller chances. Students of our school should posess the knowledge, skills and practice, which will help them become more competitive on a local and European job market. The knowledge gained during the practice will certainly give them the motivation for the future development at the field of technical skills, investing in their own studies. This will not remain without consequences for the finding their bearings on a changing job market. Thamks to the knowledge and experience students will find out and understand how important id learning and personal developmet through the whole life. They will get a chance to oserve the sysem of functioning companies abroad, rules and expectations in the partner's country. That will make them easier with the future job. The students will learn abot new enviroment, the German working system, different strategic solutions used in those companies. All this is crucial for their personal development and can be used in future for their own companies. That is why, the project considers the development of the basic skills such as initiative, digital abilities and linguistic ones. All these skills will be taught with the use of innovative pedagogical tools and pedagogical techniques. Their progrss wil be monitored by proper methods and certificates based on their learning effects. The second goal is working on the skill of successful communication in speech and writing in English, German because of the still developng cooperation with foreign countries. Students that study mechanics, hairdressers or logistics broaden the terminology connected with their specialization using English, German. The participaion in the project will give them a chance to test their language competence and get rid of language barrier. Conversations in a foreign language will force students to understand the cultural differences, needs and interests of the people brought up in a country with different culture and treditions. The important goal to reach for our project is the rise of usage of new technologies for technical teachers and make students conscious thet using new technologies is very important to them. Our projects' goal is to promote mobility on European job market and introduction of innoative educational solutions not mention the fact that they rise work qualifications. What is more, reinforce devices that make job qualifications more clear and recognized in European countries suc as Europass Mobility. All of this helps to make technical education better than ever, just to prepare educational systems for th new job market needs.
