The project „Development of Practical Knowledge" from the June 1, 2016 to Aprill 30, 2018, in cooperation with the Vocational Advancement Service at the Association of Construction Industry in Germany, Portugal EPD and EPLEFPA of LOT et GARONNE in France (EPLEFPA47) will provide professional development for staff and students traineeships.Objectives of the project:1. To support increase of the professional education program "Restoration", "Road transport" "Crop production technical" and "Electronics and electrical engineering" students' skills (knowledge, skills and attitudes) to enhance their personal development and employability;2. To improve staff professional development in order to introduce and develop the dual vocational education system and to improve the quality of learning in vocational education programs "Crop production technical" and "Electronics and electrical engineering";3. To improve the project participants foreign language (English) competence;4. Increase the capacity of the school, the attractiveness and the international dimension to school vocational education program "Restoration" , "Road transport", "Crop production technical" and "Electronics and electrical engineering" to labour market needs in Europe.Main activities:* The project preparatory visits to the partners;* Develop regulations and criteria for the selection of participants; set up commission for participant’s selection;* Preparation measures and organization of internship for 13 students and resent graduates of program "Crop production" in France for 19 days; follow-up facilities;*Preparation measures and organization of internship for 10 students and resent graduates of program "Restoration" in Germany for 33 days; follow-up facilities;* Preparation measures and organization of internship for 10 students and resent graduates of program "Road transport" in Portugal for 33 days; follow-up facilities;* Preparation measures and organization of internship for 5 students and resent graduates of program "Electronics and Electrical Engineering" in Spain for 27 days; follow-up facilities;* 3 teachers of program "Crop production" 10 days training in France;* 1 teacher of program "Electronics and Electrical Engineering" 10 days training in Spain;* Publicity activities: career day, the project final conference.Main results and impact:* Employability and career opportunities increase for 38 students and recent graduates;* Improved professional education program "Crop production" and "Electronics and Electrical Engineering"; developed recommendations to improve practice content, qualification examination and practical lessons;* Have increased opportunities for graduates to find a well-paid job according to their qualifications;* Increase the number of primary school graduates, who chooses vocational education after finishing primary school.
