CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT:Teachers are recognized as key to the quality of any educational process. To offer what they can, they need, like all professionals, a positive work environment that encourages, motivates and understands them and manages the crises that arise. Such an environment is created by a proper management of human resources, which in addition can be applied from the teachers to the pupils, and create a positive work environment (and therefore learning) in the classroom. So knowledge on human resources management causes benefit to both teachers and students.With this in mind, the sending organization wants to educate those of its staff interested in the subject of human resources management in education. For this purpose it chose a relevant 27-hours course, run by the educational organization ADC College.OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:1. Development of the staff of the sending organization in human resources management, motivation, encouragement and awareness, so as to improve the working environment2. Improvement of the quality of the educational process of the sending organization through the use of the skills of Objective 1 for the encouragement and motivation of the students of the organization3. Creation of a European dimension to the organization and conveyance of it to its students4. Acquisition of management skills and professional development of the participants, as the course is aimed at teachers who wish to serve as education officials.Objectives 1 and 4 fall within the area of management skills and Objective 2 in the field of personal skills.Targets 1 to 4 fall in European Priorities 1, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 10 of the action KA1 and cover specific needs of the sending organization, as specified in its European Development Plan.NUMBER AND PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS:Participants will be nine (9) teachers of different disciplines, which will be placed in the sending organization in the school year 2016-2017. They will be interested in getting management positions in education and have several years of service before them to exploit in secondary education (as managers or teachers) the training that they will receive. As specified by the host organization, prerequisite is knowledge of English of at least B1 level. DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES:The training has duration of five (5) days and negotiates four issues: Effects on Human Behaviour, Individual Differences and Diversity, Learning and Development and Creating Incentives and Satisfaction. At the end of the day's presentations, participants will be divided into groups and do groupwork on subjects set the host organization. On the last day they will present their findings to the trainers and evaluators that will assess the training.METHODOLOGY:- Signing of Contract of Cooperation, Training Agreement and Quality Commitment, Declarations of the participants. - Preparation of the participants on practical issues- Realization of the mobility- Evaluation of the progress of participants by trainers and by themselves, evaluation of mobility- Creation of deliverables, submission of them to the National Agency together with the final reportDELIVERABLES, DISSEMINATION AND EXPLOITATION OF RESULTS: 1. Creation of a new eTwinnng group on the subject of our mobility and posting there as a starting material of the presentations that will have to be done as part of training 2-6. Creation of a dissemination workshop, an issue or leaflets, a CD, a blog, articles in the local newspaper and in wider circulation newspapers with the with presentation of the results of the groupwork IMPACTThe impact of the project is expected to be significant.PARTICIPANTS: come into contact with open educational issues, express their European understanding in teaching practice and apply new knowledge and skills to pupils and colleaguesSENDING ORGANIZATION: improve its educational process due to the above knowledge and skills, enter the European environment, acquire European experience and cover some of the needs identified in its European Development PlanHOST ORGANIZATION: contribute to the improvement of education in Europe and integrate the sending organization in its cooperation networkTarget group STUDENTS: experience the improvement of the educational process and the school atmosphere due to the participants' knowledge and skillsTget group ASSOCIATION OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS AND LOCAL SOCIETY: add the sending organization to the few local institutions that study scientific and practical educational issues, realize that the sending organization shows real interest to get better for benefit of the younger members of societyPOSSIBLE LONG TERM BENEFITSCreation of partnerships and twinning with schools abroad, involvement of other teachers in European mobilities, increase of the prestige of the sending organization in the local community
