The Communiqué of Brugge concerning promotion of European cooperation in the sphere of vocational education and training for the period 2011-2020,the National strategy for lifelong learning for the period 2011-2020,the strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth ”Europe 2020”,the National strategy for continuing vocational training 2005–2010 in Republic of Bulgaria define the significance of vocational education.Mobility and lifelong learning must become a reality so that we could deal with the challenges of the social-economic sphere.As a response to the Communiqué of Brugge concerning promotion of European cooperation in the sphere of vocational education and training, we, The Old Capital High School of Economics initiate this project. 20 students of tenth and eleventh grade from The Old Capital School of Economics participate in the project. The participants are being educated in the specialties:Banking, Economic Informatics, Bookkeeping, Economics and management.Through mobility aiming practical experience we are going to support personal and professional development of young people and increase the suitability for employment and competitive power. Needs: •Overcoming the deficiency of practical skills •Learning in the process of work •Responding to the needs of the modern labor market of qualified and competitive power through acquiring competences •Bulgarian business to be more open to our students •Acknowledging of qualifications, skills and competences through Europass mobility •Aligning to the standards of the European qualifications framework •Getting more knowledge in vocational English and intercultural competences During the preparation of the project we got acquainted with the purposes and aims of the “Erasmus+” program and set our purposes which we want to achieve in this project: •Improvement of Lifelong Learning and mobility •Making vocational education a more attractive possibility for learning •Integration of vocational economic knowledge and skills through economic activity in business environment •Development of young people’s potential in the process of work • Increasing the suitability for employment of young people through acquiring specific skills and competences namely: linguistic skills, computer competences and intercultural awareness • Increasing social skills, entrepreneur spirit, ability to sort out problems, creative skills, confidence, professional self-esteem and integrity, creativity and innovation •Building of European identity and citizenship •Increasing of transnational mobility and acknowledging the acquired abroad knowledge, skills and competences. Results: •Multiplication of European experience in training practice •Self-evaluation and finding one’s personal weak and strong points •Use of information technologies •Transfer of acquired professional competences •Fluency in using business English •More successful young people through practical learning •Investment in human capital •Certificates with the results of the practice with Europass mobility document •Professional orientation, support, development •Supporting enterprising in cooperation with The Old Capital High School of Economics and employers •Cooperation between The Old Capital High School of Economics and partners at regional, national and international level. Sustainability of the project is guaranteed by supporting the contacts with preceptors and looking for the backing in the implementation of the good practices and in SGI in the curricular and in extracurricular classes.Through the practice in a real business environment we transferred the experience in training practice,work in training firms,in the classes of bookkeeping, economic of enterprise,economic informatics,management,insurance and indemnity accounting,business communication.The users will know the organization of documents from the economic activity of the enterprises,will report the resultant business operations in the office,will compose, sort and archive accounting documents at the working place in the enterprise;will work with accounting software using IT.In business communication classes we will use cumulated skills for being in business correspondence;skills to do archive and card-indexes,to keep the report of meetings and activities.We will execute the rules for business correspondence and business etiquette. The project offers sustainability of the results for us as initiator organization.We will show in front the community good work and realization of projects. It will bring us disposition and reason for participation in future international training projects.Sustainability of the project results will be relevant to multiplication of the effects outside the school. By keeping the ten principles that lay in the base of “European charter for quality of mobility” this project is planned so that it would lead to holding quality mobility.
