Our proposal is aimed at the acquisition of competencies for making WDVS composite systems according to standards of sustainable construction.It is planned that the practice involved two teachers and 18 students from in professional fields "Interior Design ", "Restoration" and "Construction" aged 16-18 years undergoing a thorough professional training . As host country we have chosen Germany because it is a leader in applying new technologies and materials for and has gained vast experience ,that we want to learn our young professionals.The project duration is 12 months. Mobility will take place over a period of 14 days in the Competence Center for Sustainable Building, Cottbus, Germany in terms 08.05-19.05.2017, on specific contract objects from the host institution.The main goal is the added value of vocational training through practice for acquisition,expansion and development of the professional qualification of the future construction technicians for the building renovationOther purposes:Improving employability, career and personal development through the acquisition of additional qualifications - making WDVS composite systems and drywall construction ; improving language competence , skills, teamwork , expanding cultural horizons and motivation for lifelong learning , improving motivation graduates of vocational education in the field of restoration , improving the practical nature of the training , motivation of our students to continuous improvement and lifelong learning , training of qualified staff -oriented to the regional and national priorities , but adequate to the changing European labor market .EXPECTED RESULTS :On a personal level• Learning skills for making WDVS composite systems and drywall construction• acquired a European consciousness and the development of adaptability to European standards;• increased opportunities for a better realization and participation in the labor market ;• increased motivation and personal growth of users in the new multilingual multicultural environment• knowledge of the culture , traditions , way of life and work in a country, which is a long-term member of EU;On Project level : • 18 realized mobilities;• added value of vocational training through practice in foreign real working environmentResults of teamwork :• Preparation of WDVS composite system and drywall• Preparation of information boardsOn partner organizations level :• Cooperation between project partners ;• Promoting and enhancing the prestige of PGSAG "A.
