Practic in Europe - innovations, values, possibilities.Urgency of the Project: today‘s labor market needs a skilled specialist able to adapt to new working conditions, able to work qualitatively, rapidly, independently. A school, student and a teacher as a main motive power, needs new subject and methodological experience in European context, that‘s NGO Center of Creative Initiatives aspires after.Project coordinator and its aims.Coordinator Center of Creative Initiatives together with members of national consortium works out mobility Project „Practic in Europe - innovations, values, possibilities“. Member of the national consortium are: Druskininkai school of crafts, Smalininkai business and technology school, Tauragė center of vocational training, Marijampole center of vocational training.The hosting institutions of this project are Hotel Club Belcekiz Beach in Turkey, the biggest agricultural farm and family restaurant Vitinn in Iceland.The duration of the Project is 14 month. Target group of the project are students of VET institutions of cooks, waitress and barmen, builders and auto mechanics specialties. In the project activities will participate 42 students.Numbers of participants and specialties are: Smalininkai business and technology school 8 cooks will go 5 to Turkey, 3 to Iceland;Druskininkai school of crafts 8 participants: 4 waitress and barmen will go to Turkey, 4 auto mechanics to Iceland;Marijampole center of vocational training 20 participants: 8 waitress and barmen, 4 cooks will go to Turkey, 4 cooks will go to Iceland and 4 builders to Iceland too.;Tauragė center of vocational training 2 waitress and barmen will go to Turkey, 4 builders to Iceland.Duration of practice period in hosting organizations 6 weeks each. Duration was decides according need of participants and results of the project. Activities of mobilities will improve students competencies and qualification during the placement in a hotel and in the biggest farm in Iceland. While cooperating we‘ll try to adapt good experience from our partners in Turkey and Iceland. To improve the quality of builders, cooks and waitress - barmen professions students practical preparation acquired competencies making closer to the European ones.The goals of the Project:1. To improve common and Professional competencies and acquire new ones during the practice in other countries.2. To improve the knowledge of the foreign language and communicative skills.3. To disseminate acquired experience during the practice in vocational institutions and Lithuanian enterprises.Project results:1. Practice in Hotel Club Belcekiz Beach in Turkey, the biggest agricultural farm and family restaurant Vitinn in Iceland.2. Improved skills and competencies and acquired new ones.3. Acquired experience disseminated among friends and teachers.4. Improved knowledge of foreign language and communicative skills.5. Increased wish to get cooks and waitress- barmen profession, become qualified specialist and successfully integrate oneself into labor market.The coordinator and consorcium will coordinate and execute project activities, will organize dissemination of the project results.
