Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Problems and needs, determining the implementation of this project were related to the low opportunities for quality practice in local conditions, in which students could acquire skills for computer diagnostics of cars and for work with modern equipment and tools. Through the project the following major objectives has been achieved: - Upgrading of practical skills and professional competencies of users acquired in school by studying German experience and best practices in computer diagnostics, maintenance and repair of automotive engineering; - Expansion of foreign language knowledge and skills of users to work in a multicultural environment; - Enrichment of social skills and skills for teamwork of the participants. Тhe mobility was carried out in Leipzig, Germany and consisted of one-week practical training in simulated working environment under the guidance of qualified and experienced teachers and a three-weeks practice in real working environment . Beneficiaries of the project were 20 students from the Vocational high school of engineering "Hristo Botev" in the age range 16-20 years at a stage of initial vocational education, accompanied by two teachers. During the internship the students were divided into various companies in the field of servicing, computer diagnostics and maintenance of cars - Pit Stop Leipzig, IWK GmbH, ADAC Abschlepp and BergungsdienstScholz and Peugeot Walter Hagen. There they worked along with their German colleagues and acquired skills to handle with the most advanced instrumentation and equipment, skills to perform in appropriate technological sequence the main diagnostic operations and identify the causes of failures in the various car models, skills to perform assembly and disassembly operations, for reading of flow diagrams and maps and to use technical documentation, skills for teamwork and organization of the workplace. Language skills of the participants and their ability to work in a multicultural environment were improved. Particularly interesting for the participants was the visit in the so-called Autostadt n Wolfsburg, where in a special workshop the group learned more about the car brand Volkswagen, its production and maintenance. In the service of "Porsche" students participated in a workshop related to the models of "Porsche" followed by practical training for assembly and disassembly of the "Porsche" engine. The Group studied also innovations in the automotive industry by a visit to Eco-Technology Centre Rabuts and presentation of their solar cars. Competences acquired during the mobility were recognized by issuing Europass Mobility documents to participants. As a result of the project the school has expanded its international contacts and built capacity to manage mobilities. The opportunities for offering more quality vocational training through the implementation of practices in promonent european companies were also increased.
