Background: The draft internships at companies in the European Union is part of the comprehensive vocational training program designed for the student user profile of our training offer. Specifically, the object of this project is framed in the professional family of chemistry, in the professional area of chemical processing and specialty in Chemical Analisis and Biotechnological and Microbiological Analisis, to obtain the Certificate of Competence level 3 Profile of the participants: The profile of these students consists of unemployed workers who have completed during 2015-2016 the training for obtaining such certificates of professionalism. Their ages are those between 30-50 years, with technical or university education in the chemical specialty, usually with little or no work experience. Description of activities: During the stay (8 weeks for four of the participants and 4 weeks for the last one), they have developed practices in companies that have operated as host partners. Such activities have adapted to the training acquired based on the skills and professionalism of its certificate of modules, but also the additional training and specific participant profile. With regard to participants who developed their training experience in France, they got access to the linguistic platform to complete their training in the specific language. But those about Portugal, who had no access to it, attended Portuguese classes in Portlingua, a languages academy contacted by the intermediary partner EUROYOUTH. A short language course was set up in order that the linguistic and cultural integration of the participants was perfect. The course lasted for about 40 hours and a certificate was given to the participants. Methodology used: - The property has been managed by the intermediary partners, informing participants conditions. - The sending partner, the CNFPO Cartagena, hired with a Mutual an accident, sickness and liability insurance for participants. - Finally, before leaving, participantes were provided all the information and documentation about destination countries and issues such as travel arrangements, accommodation, language course, practices, health care, etc. through regular meetings established for that purpose - Supervision, monitoring and mentoring of selected were carry out throughout the stay and especially regarding the work placement. For our part we maintained permanent contact with intermediaries and partners involved. Description of results and impact: After the action, the project participants feel that they have reinforced and complemented his training with professional achievements and differential criteria regarding implementation cycle received formal training in classrooms and laboratories in their country of origin. And this without ignoring the enrichment in personal, linguistic and intercultural level, as value to stay. Transnational mobility and the possibility that this project leads to travel, live, learn and perform an internship in another EU country means that these young people is able to learn new ways of working, improve the use of a second language and finally enrich them both professionally and personally. They are in contact with professionals from the same sector, value their knowledge and skills, know the European reality, gain self-confidence and, with this, achieve to increase their chances of accessing the labor market. In addition, these experiences will be exploited by the Centre to publicize the advantages and benefits of participating in these European mobility projects. Benefits : Looking ahead we can expect not only good experience but also promoting the following: first , companies will continue hosting trainees and even good results will encourage others interested in becoming new host partners . For our part, the CNFO, as National Reference Center in the Family of Chemistry, this experience will serve to test the validity of our professionalism certificates within an European context.
