Representatives of the Association Pro Agricola implement projects that promote the development of professional skills of young people from rural areas, by organizing a series of training and local and national conferences at which representatives of employers, local governments and non-governmental organizations to debate but also create a concept of integrated tools to support young people in search of work. Stable development of the Polish economy is dependent on regional policy, the activation of local communities by investing in natural resources and cultural activities in the region. Promotion and strengthening of the wider regional tourism is one of the ways to revive the local labor market. Youth learner catering courses in vocational schools should take advantage of the opportunity afforded to specialize in regional gastronomy During the three-week practice in Italian companies in the region around the city of Sylii Trapetto young people will be introduced to the secrets of technology and methods of work in companies specializing in traditional gastronomy for which demand is growing constantly. Youth will take a three-week internship in private companies in Italy and around the city Trapp checked by a partner organization, and finally selected by the representatives of the association. Students will work for five days each week, while due to the nature of the tourism industry work may also take place on weekends and holidays (with the proviso that two days must be free week free).
