To develop our work and improve the quality of our activities we need to keep regular contact with each others, to understand how the surrounding world affects our work and the youth and find new ways to cooperate. The objective of this partnership building seminar is trough networking offer organizations a chance to become stronger and gain more possibilities to affect also on European level. With structured cooperation and networking we have the possibility to increase the quality and bring forward messages from youth to decision makers. The participants are professional youth workers, coordinators and project workers with experiences of multicultural youth work. As working methods we will use lectures, presentations, gallery walk, team work, workshops (where organizations can present their working methods, projects etc). The participating organizations are experts of youth work in their own areas, so we hope that this partnership building seminar benefits youth groups and those working with youth especially on local and regional level. With new contacts and projects ideas the organization can offer youth new projects and this way help young people to become more active and to take initiative trough active participation. Organizations participating in this partnership building seminar act also as multipliers in their local and regional networks, so we have good existing channels and possibilities to reach different kind of organizations with the results of this seminar. Our aim is to offer young people projects where they can develop their skills, broaden their picture pf the world and increase tolareance towards other people and cultures.
