Our group wants to participate in this project to get prepared for incoming changes in preschool educational system introduced by the regulation of the Ministry of National Education. In accordance with the new regulations, our teachers strive for being ready to teach the English language by themselves in a way to make it attractive and interesting to kids. We are going to increase our qualifications by getting acquainted with the methods of working with children that already function in other countries and by adapting in our preschools those methods which are best for children. We want to improve the quality of teaching children and we want to broaden their horizons by teaching them about a new culture, nation and language. We want to take advantage of the best time for teaching the English language. This is exactly the period of children development when you can lay the best foundations for future success by exploiting children's natural curiosity, absorbent mind and imagination. 5 out of 12 our workers will take part in the project. Among them there are our principal, two teachers, a pedagogue and a speach therapist, thanks to which we will receive a comprehensive programme of innovations for our preschool which will include many spheres of activity. In order to benefit from participating in the project in the best possible way, we are going to get ready for the trip by joining an English course, and then we want to actively participate in an intensive course of the English language in Great Britain to be able to take part in CLIL and "How to improve the quality of preschool education and care" methodological training. We are certain that the methods we will learn about will bring inspiration and will help us to create and introduce a well functioning system of activities into our preschool, which will allow our pupils to learn the foreing language even better and thanks to open communication will give them an oportunity to became citizens of the wide world.
