Our school has a long tradition in the field of engineering. In the future, the school wants to cooperate with the same professionally oriented schools throughout the world. The aim is that graduates will have knowledge of modern methods and technologies used in the world to be able to find a job. Another aim is to attract new teaching through ICT tools. The school has a problem with the language barrier teachers who does not teach the English language. Another problem is the knowledge of new ICT tools that are necessary for making learning attractive, and for international cooperation. Primary goal is to enhance the language skills of teachers and information literacy so that they can use the knowledge gained in the classroom and in the creation of international projects. The project was to determine whether the solution to teacher education through international training courses. The school management has decided for two mobility. The first mobility is focused on communication in English and the other mobility has focused on uses of modern technology, development of ICT skills and the use of Web2.0 tools and their connections with modern forms of education, such as workshops, brainstorming, analysis, project teaching so that lessons suit today's needs of students. Mobility should be implemented in an English speaking country to participant speak English well out of the course. Based on the experience of teachers from other schools was chosen the hosting organization ETI Malta. The school has with ETI Malta for both mobility contract. They were set for selecting a teacher: 1. Willingness to participate in the international project 2. Knowledge of the English language under the terms of the receiving organization 3. Willingness to apply gained knowledge in the classroom 4. Basic information and financial literacy 5. Publicity of the project. In the staff room was for one week posted a questionnaire, which was used as an application. One candidate was willing to collaborate on international projects and participate in mobility and complied other criteria. For both mobility was selected ICT coordinator schools. The preparatory work of motilities - Completion of a pre-course questionnaire for the receiving organization - Language online test the receiving organization, which determined the language level of the candidate. - Study of the recommended websites and videos on Malta. - Preparing the Europass - The signing of the subscriber contract between the sending organization and the candidate Intensive courses were realized in classrooms ETI Malta in St. Julian’s. During the period of the mobility of the participant care authorized employee of ETI Malta. The language course developed communication skills in English, there was an exchange of educational information and knowledge in a multi-cultural context. A second mobility was oriented to modern information and communication technologies. The course developed ICT skills, used various Web2.0 technologies and tools in the application of modern teaching methods. Both mobility were finished evaluation session, the trainees were informed to the action plan of personal development with possibility to use e-Learning online for 3 months, they received a certificate and confirmation of the Europassmobility. After the courses (mobility) participants created a personal development plan. She met with the mobility teachers and school management to the pedagogical council. Participants organized presentation in English "Malta". The subject of economics students are acquainted with the cultural, social and economic environment of Malta. After tthey create a presentation in English on other EU countries. They get information from materials in English. They are informed about Europass and its importance. Students in subject Informatics were included teaching modern ICT tools - Voki, Wix, and Blogg. They using Blogg presented their work from SketschUpu. They elaborated in English language study presentation for VBA statement. There are integrated professional knowledge, and knowledge of the English language, ICT during the subject of the economy and science. Lessons became attractive because they are applied new forms of teaching as a project teaching, workshop. It was closed friendship with the teacher from Lithuania. Both teachers were trying to create an e-twinning project, which should be focused on opportunities for young people in the EU. They stayed with email correspondence. Participants motilities participate in webinars, lectures and events eTwinning. Currently, participants of mobility to collect documents for the project application Erasmus + KA2. She actively looks for schools that have the same professional orientation and are willing to cooperate. Participants have an overview of education in other European countries, of Malta, she learned to independence, to converse in English. Project objectives have been met.
