During creation of this project, we assumed that its objectives will be the acquisition by the participants, through completion of foreign internships, new professional and language qualifications - in line with the expectations of local and regional businesses, and also widening of trainees personal competences.It should be noted that those project goals are consistent with the objectives of the Erasmus + Programe:- Contribute to raising the level of key competencies and skills fitted to the labor market needs;- Contribute to improve foreign language skills and promote language and cultural diversity in the EU;- Widen the international dimension of training and education.The project participants will be students from 2nd to 4th year of secondary technical school, of 4 specializations: IT specialist technician, automotive technician ,hairdressing technician (all of them are learning Egnlish at school), in total 32 trainees. After completing the traineeship preparation, they will leave- divided into two groups - for a three-week long internships in various types and sizes of enterprises in Portugal.We expect to achieve the following hard results:- Undergoing by the participants traineeship preparation class;- Undergoing foreigh language course,- Obtaining certificates of language course completion and certificates of completing trineeship preparation classes;- Obtaining an internship certificates, issued by the partner organization;- Obtaining Europass Mobility documents.Expected soft results are:- Gaining new knowledge and skills, which will increase particopants chances on the labor market;- Increase of participants language skills;- Expansion of skills of using information and communication technologies;- Acquisition of ability to work in an international environment, comunicating foreign language;- Improving the professional and personal aspirations of the participants- Increasing motivation for further learning,- Increasing of trainees sence of duty and discipline;- Gaining knowledge of history, culture and customs of the host country;- Developing an attitude of tolerance for different customs and behavior;- Raising of school prestige and attractiveness.The project will also bring "hard" material products:- A collection of photos taken by the participants;- Presentation outlining the project;- The materials gathered during evaluation of the project, for planning and implementation of similar projects in the future.During the project we will use methology, created while running our last project, which is based on a few main rules. From the first stageof the project (development objectives of the project) to the last (dissemination and closure of the project) documentation will be collected and the project team will have clearly defined responsibilities of employees.Internship will be a chance to develop sense of independence and self-reliance of the project participants, will improve their self-esteem, strengthen confidence, contribute to personal development and working abroad, often in a multinational team will allow them to get to know and understand the value of cultural diversity in Europe. A chance to observe these changes in the attitudes and skills of participants should encourage other students from our school to make further efforts to increase and broaden their skills and gain work experience so valued even during schoool.Partners of the project will expand knowledge and skills, gain new international cooperation experiences.
