The project is implemented by two Labour Offices: from Lipno (project leader) and the Mława (sending partner). The mobility will be attended by 10 people, 5 from Labour Office in Lipno and 5 of the Labour Office in Mława. Participants will include people employed especially for the so-called. key positions, namely customer advisors, including guidance counselors, specialists. professional development, employment agents, organizers and executors work placements. The main objective of the project is to equip workers labor offices with additional qualifications in the field effectively serve the unemployed, using the lessons drawn from the practice of the Portuguese. The main emphasis will be laid during the project to develop our skills in providing competent and suited to the needs support to young people entering the labor market. In cooperation with a Portuguese partner, ie. Associação Intercultural Amigos da Mobilidade, we have developed a mobility scheme, which have included visits to institutions dealing in Portugal providing support to the unemployed, but also in schools, vocational training centers and business association. Our goal is not only to learn how the Portuguese labour offices work, but also get acquainted with the principles of cooperation with other partners in the labor market, ie. schools and businesses. We will discuss how to Portugal tested the market demand for skills, whether and how to create a long-term plans for the employment that would help young people correctly choose fields of study, after which there is a chance of employment. We intend to determine how abroad are encouraged employers to become more involved in the process of equipping young people with the skills demanded by the labor market and find out the extent to which employers are involved in the construction programs of practical training, including apprenticeship programs for unemployed young people, so that the skills that gainactually they led to them obtaining employment.Before the start of the mobility of the project participants will take the cultural and linguistic preparation, to be able to pre know the Portuguese reality and refresh their own language skills. During mobility we had planned visits and job shadowing in 12 institutions. We will visit the vocational schools for youth and adults, Labour Office, business association, as well as several workplaces, which is implemented in a practical vocational training. We will observe the work of teachers and trainees, we will talk with students and lecturers, meet with entrepreneurs and employees responsible for professional activation. Through contact with the representatives of the various groups existing in the Portuguese labor market we know the opinions on the effectiveness of professional activation methods. In this way we determine which patterns should we use and know the weaknesses of the solutions.The project will result in particular an increase in the level of customers service, higher employment effectiveness of trainings and internships, better alignment of training programs to the needs of the unemployed and employers' expectations. Through equip young unemployed in skills, increase the effectiveness of recruitment conducted by us, because employers prefer to employ skilled workers. More effectively, we will also be able to carry out professional counseling, especially for persons in difficult life situation. The results of this project will influence the environment in which we live and work. In our environment, we can promote new solutions observed in Portugal, inspire to discuss their. In this way, we will increase interest in the issue of effective training and support young people in search of work. Our objective is to prove that the education and prevention of unemployment can not be separated. We should look for an agreement with the business world, that through mutual understanding, create better solutions for youth entering the labor market.
