This is a project sets many challenges both for the organizers and for the three foreign partners. Partners are organizations from Germany, Spain and the UK.This project provides increased international mobility of 40 students and teachers of School Complex No. 1 in Pszczyna.The target group of this project are students receiving education in the following professions:- car technician- hairdressing services technician- Refrigeration and air conditioning technician- car mechanic- hairdresser- locksmith- electrician- salesperson- Fitter of networks, devices and sanitary systemsas well as mechanical engineering teachers and vocational foreign language techersThe number of participants in a given profession, industry, the curriculum will be determined in the course of the recruitment, and after consultation with the host partners.The main objectives of the project is for students to raise their professional, social, linguistic, education competences, teamwork skills and aspirations to achieve the desired objectives. It is also important that we aim acquisition by the students new skills and new knowledge in their profession and to consolidate the knowledge and skills you already possess.In the case of teachers want to make new teaching methods, new techniques used in their industry, and also mee,t in the case of this project, the Spanish system of vocational training. We hope that learned new methods will be applied in our process of education. We also want to compare that to what they teach our students to what is taught outside Poland.Planned activities include (following the approval and signing of the financial agreement):- Refinement of the project partners all issues related to ECVET- Refinement of the project partners related issues internship program so that it was fully consistent with the objectives of the project.- Signing appropriate agreements with the host organization as well as with participants in the project,- Recruitment of participants- Appointing guardians for trainees,- Conducting language training, educational, cultural, health and safety- Ensuring transport, accommodation, insurance and all necessary to carry out the placement of material for all participants,- The purchase of equipment and materials,- The organization of the document EHIC- Safe conducting of internships- Conducting ongoing monitoring of the implementation of the internship,- Ensuring timely reporting of participants,-organizing the Europass Mobility and documents related to ECVET- Running campaign promoting the project,- The organization of meetings of the pre-journey and evaluation of project participants- Promoting local environment effects and outcomes related to the project.- Publication of materials in the local media, on the school website,- The timely submission of the report of the beneficiary,- The correct and timely settlement of the project,- Ensuring the sustainability of results.We expect that the results of the project will:- Increase the students' knowledge in the field of professions in which they are educated,- Learning by students new techniques related to their profession,- Improving language, professional and social competences of participants,- Increased mobility of Polish citizens abroad,- Make employers aware of how important it is that their students acquire the skills and experience in foreign companies,- Enhancing the value of our school in the local community- Implementation of the European path of development facility.Implementation of the project will affect positively participants in the project, the school as well as the local environment, employers and institutions related to education. In the context of the long-term impact is not insignificant fact that our students take a number of years involved in the implementation of internships abroad. We hope that through this project, another group of students will realize the anticipated internship and in the following years their experience, knowledge and skills will be a motivating factor for next students to participate in future internships.
