The "Enterprising and creative: the means to include young people into entrepreneurship and culture" project focuses on interdisciplinary cooperation and structurization of a dialogue between young people, people in culture industry, entrepreneurs and decision makers in order to improve the position of young people who, due to their orientation on work in culture industry, find themselves in a disadvantageous position on a work market, but also on a more frequent inclusion of people with disability into society's cultural life. Also, this project has a goal to encourage collaboration between various sectors and to change a discourse on humanistic, cultural and artistic orientations as the ones that do not bring profit to various entrepreneurships. Our goal is to inspire decision makers, as well as the other parties/participants, to work hand in hand in finding a solution to this unfavorable situation and to implement said solutions in active policy concerning young people. Our plan is to achieve it through several work groups/meetings where discussion will take place on certain segments of possible cooperations in order to improve position of a risky group of young people on a work market, and on means to stimulate diverse and inclusive cultural and artistic life of society. We would use the final conference to present conclusions from held meetings to general public in order to sensitize a problem and to initiate ways in dealing with this issue. Said activities share a goal of developing additional competences of young people but also all of the other participants. It is our intention to inspire young people to actively participate in changing of a policy concerning themselves, to improve their position on a work market and strive to professional development and lifelong learning and specialization.
