Podróż po doświadczenie - zagraniczne praktyki szansą na rozwój zawodowy
Date du début: 31 déc. 2015, Date de fin: 30 déc. 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The proposed project is aimed at providing students of ZSTiO with the best possible preparation to undertaking work in their respective professions. This goal will be achieved through giving them access to: • high-quality practical component of vocational training, • up-to-date knowledge of their respective branches - their state and direction of development in other European countries, as well as emerging innovations, as well as through raising their awareness of how important is continuous vocational development: additional education, broadening competences and collecting experience. Due to their participation in this project, ZSTiO students will not only undertake valuable internships, but also gain knowledge and attitudes that in the long-term perspective will facilitate their further vocational development. They will become more aware of their own educational needs. They will increase their foreign language skills and other soft competences, such as adaptability, ability to learn efficiently and cooperate with people of other nationalities. They will become more active, open to new experiences and engaged in their own personal growth. Within the national perspective, the project will constitute one of countless "small steps" that Polish vocational education sector needs to make if it is to become sufficiently good. Meanwhile, at the European level, it will contribute to increased compatibility and coherence in the activities of the educational sector, public authorities and businesses. The group of participants will consist of 30 ZSTiO students, selected through the recruitment procedure. Call for participation will be issued to three classes, learning the professions of construction, renewable energy systems technician, and landscape architects, respectively. At the time of undertaking the mobilities, participants will be III grade students. From each of the three classes, we will select 10 people. May 2016 will see the following mobilities: - 10 students of landscape architecture and 5 students of construction will take 4-week long internships in Bologna, Italy, - 10 students of renewable energy systems and 5 students of construction will take 4-week long internships in Saragossa, Spain. Mobilities will be preceded by the preparatory phase, when the students will attend courses designed to get them ready for the experience and increase their learning potential. This phase will comprise: - an inter-cultural training that will prepare students for the eventuality of a culture shock they can experience when faced with the intense, new experience of travelling, living and working abroad; - English language course, designed primarily to develop specialised, trade vocabulary and give them an opportunity to practice an intense use of this language in everyday situations; - organisational and pedagogical preparation, during which they will be thoroughly informed about all aspects of their mobility; this part is also aimed at guiding students in their choice of the most suitable internship placements.
