Context Current time brings a very rapid progress, which is also reflected in the advent of modern technologies that allow very fast retrieval of large amounts of information. This is also reflected in everyday life and overall lifestyle of youngest generation, they takes using of modern technology for granted. Even experienced teachers and in everyday learning process faces a challenge to students to keep up as options to their advantage and the curriculum to access for pupils and make them more attractive. Teachers should know and secondly to use new devices such as tablets, smart phones, but also to be able to use the wealth of resources suitable for teaching on the Internet, not only the stock of educational material, but also application programs suitable for teaching. Teacher should be a good guide of pupils in a sea of information. Our school wants to send out the most active teachers who are interested in innovative teaching, to the course abroad, which could assist in this objective. Objective of the project results, the expected benefits Staff training We expect that the project will provide the teachers opportunity for individual learning, which is in line with the overall strategy of our school´s development and school ICT plan. The content of the project also provides professional teacher´s collaboration with colleagues abroad. We expect that participation in the project will have a major impact on the motivation and ability of our teaching team. Teachers enhance their intercultural awareness and awareness of the values of the EU. We assume that the project will also contribute to the ability of teachers to communicate in a foreign language. Number of participants: 3 Profile of participants: teachers of primary schools, with a focus on new ICT technologies and their integration into teaching, innovators authors of teaching materials, knowledge of the English language at least at the level B2 (listening, speaking), makers of School Education Program Description of activities: Before the course: Language training Preparing participants for their intercultural experience in cooperation with the course provider. Organizational support for all participating teachers in cooperation with the organizer of the course. Support in the field of information and communication technologies at the time of preparation. Agreements with all participants to ensure that their rights and obligations in terms of training, mobility and follow-up activitie will be signed by the school and the participating employees. The participation of selected teachers in the course which will provide participants the chance for further development. After returning from the course: Sharing of acquired knowledge with the rest of the staff and with the community by written agreement. Particular outputs from the implementation of new methods The organization of workshops for school staff in order to disseminate knowledge from the course.
