Vocational secondary school of transport "Makgahan” aims at ensuring its students higher self-confidence in their competitive power, knowledge and skills as highly qualified young people.The main goal of the school is to increase the opportunities for their professional and social adaptation to the conditions of work and assuring their advanced employability also.Fulfilling the mobility in the framework of the project “ Improvement of the level of key competencies and skills for automotive diagnostics and repair through mobility” will lead to accumulation of useful experience for further realization on the European labour market.In the context of the above, our project purposes are based on the strategy "Europe 2020", its main objectives "Employment" and "Education" and its leading initiatives.They directly correspond to current issues and trends on the national and European labour markets and can be specified as follows: •upgrade of key competences and skills for the motor diagnosis, repair and maintenance of the recent motor vehicles, operating units to them, diagnostic and measuring equipment, available for training by companies such as Toyota, Fiat, Mercedes, Honda, Volkswagen at the school "Sisli";•upgrade knowledge and skills for the recent motor vehicles in the service of Doush Oto;•gaining key competences for workstations with simulation programs, motorcycles and boats in school "Sisli" and for hybrid vehicles and new control systems in the service of Doush Oto;•adequacy of acquired competences and skills in the labor market, facilitate the transition between school bench to their first job and increase the percentage of successful realization on the local and European labor market;•internationalization of education, raising and diversify the level of linguistic competences, education in an intercultural environment;•attracting employers in the education process and increasing their interest in the students of our school;•integrating of skills and experience in the school community through mobility;•raising interest in vocational education, including further education at universities;•maximize the attractiveness of PGT "Makgahan" as an educational institution and reducing the percentage of early school leavers;•expanding the network of international contacts, enhance national and international profile of the school and becoming a preferred partner in future educational mobility.The target group consist of 20 students of class XI in the school year 2015/2016q passing through vocational training in "Motor transport equipment", "Automotive Mechatronics" and "Electrical transport equipment". They are selected by a committee and approved by the Staff Council. Pre-selection is held according to following items: application for being participant in the mobility, letter of intent, average result in professional training and an annual marks in English language for the school year 2015/2016, lack of penalties. In the case of identily of all other featnres participants in regional and national competitions in the profession have an advantage. Final selection, include the results of the preliminary and conducted examinations in foreign language, intercultural and pedagogical training / test and assignment to check the practical skills of candidates/.The project will be implemented in three stages: Stage I - preparation, which will take place in Bulgaria (15.06.2016–24.03.2016) and includes giving information to potential participants, acceptance their applications, pre-selection, conducting linguistic, intercultural and pedagogical training, final selection, shaping the necessary documents, awarding certificates for preparation.Stage II-practice 2 weeks (26.03.2016–08.04.2017) in vocational school "Sisli", Istanbul, Turkey-includes the practice, determination of jobs and personal mentor for each participant, control compliance program, weekly evaluation of the performance and final test, conducting cultural program, awarding certificates and Europass Mobility completed training and acquired professional skills.III stage-promotion and dissemination the results of mobility, which will take place in Bulgaria (10.04.2017- 31.05.2017).From the practice forward: acquiring and building lasting key competencies and skills relevant to the demands of regional and European labor market, creating confidence in the participants for the competeting, professional and social adaptation, increasing interest in vocational education.We expect as a long-term result reduced the number of early school leavers, increased interest PGT "Makgahan" as an educational institution, attracted employers in the educational process, good realization of our students in the regional and European labor markets, expanded network of international contacts, improved the national and international profile of the PGT "Makgahan" and finding the school as a preferred partner in future education mobilities.
