Our schools project focuses on upgrading the qualifications and language competencies of our employees in order to enchance the quality of the school work and to allow a wider audience to actively participate in international projects . The main objectives of the project are as follows: to provide teachers with language education - English language , to enable teachers professional development, to search new methods and techniques of teaching, to use ICT in teaching. We assume that approximately 14 of our teachers will take part in this project. We will realise two main types of action. First one, a group of teachers will participate in training courses, not only in the UK but also in Malta. Second one, a group of English teachers will carry out professional work placement at our partner school in Barcelona. We expect that upon the completion of the project the group of teachers from our school actively involved in international projects, will increase by persons who will participate in language courses. We will establish new contacts with teachers from the EU, enrich our workshop with new methods and techniques, what is more we will enhance our knowledge with new experiences and understanding of the functioning of other schools in Europe. Thanks to the training courses the quality of our school work and the prestige within the local community will improve. Our school will be recognized as ambitious, constantly educating itself and offering wider range of didactics methods. We hope that international cooperation will inscribe forever into work of our facility .
