The project was addressed to the needs of students at Vocational high school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets" of quality practice to complement and build on their basic professional competencies at school and make them more adaptable to new achievements in the sector of agriculture. For this purpose, together with the partner STEP was developed a curriculum for large scoped practice that includes a variety of agricultural activities in the field of organic farming and alternative for Suvorovo agricultural practices - snailfarming, herbs growing, cultivation of essential plants. During the project implementation the following objectives were achieved: 1) Building on the knowledge, practical skills and professional competencies of users acquired in school by studying Spanish experience in organic farming and alternative agricultural activities and gaining experience in a real working environment; 2) Improvement of linguistic, intercultural and social competencies of users, their motivation for learning and professional development and their competitiveness on the labor market; 3) Improving the capacity of sending vocational school by strengthening the established international partnership, transfer of best practices in training, assessment and recognition of learning outcomes from the Spanish partner, diversification of the school curriculum offered to students. Participants in the project were 40 students aged 15-20 years from Vocational high school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets" in the stage of initial vocational education in the profession "Farmer", specialty “Agrarian”, profession "Economist", specialty "Agricultural Farm", profession "Fitter of agricultural machinery", specialty "Mechanization of agriculture". Participants were divided into two groups of mobilities, each consisting of 20 students, accompanied by two teachers. Mobility was carried out in farms near Seville in the periods 30/06 - 28/07/2015 and 05/09 - 03/10/2015 with a duration of 4 weeks for each group. With the implementation of the practice students enriched their professional training, gained knowledge and practical skills in the following areas: - basic processes in organic cultivation of plants and animals; - the production cycle, methods of soil conservation, crop rotation, ways for free animal breeding and certification of organic agricultural products; - methods, principles and practices of organic farming; - ways of raising and breeding of snails and snail farm building; - growing herbs; - cultivation of essential oil crops. All skills were obtained through practical tasks of everyday farm life and were evaluated by an experienced mentor in the farm. The project directly contributed to the improvement of language competences of students and their intercultural education. Participation in the mobility for them was an experience to remember, with lasting traces at emotional and professional level, which after their return encouraged them to study even harder the profession, to achieve better results, to be more confident and to continue to build and develop as individuals and good professionals. Except the Europass Mobility document students received the following recognized certificates: certificates for the practice issued by the partner organization STEP ; assesment card with evaluation of acquired knowledge and skills issued by STEP and signed by the mentor of Practice; certificate for the training issued by the Vocational high school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets" , which recognized the practice during mobility as study practice. At institutional level, the project created a quality learning environment that contributed to the transfer of best practices in training and exchange of experience between the partner organizations. As a result of the project the offered curricula for students practices was diversified and also the capacity of Vocational high school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets" for more active international cooperation and more effective use of the tools to evaluate the mobility and recognition of qualifications was increased.
