With 'Plus up your projects!' Grenzenlos would like to train youth workers on the topic of inclusion and diversity. We like to share our experiences and knowledges on the topic. Inclusion was and will be a very important word and Grenzenlos would like to set some concrete steps within Erasmus + like we did already in Youth in Action. The project shall take place in Vienna from the 19th - 25th of October 2014. We like to include 33 participants with and without disabilities or fewer opportunities. The main objectives and aims of the project are to train youth workers to work with young people with fewer opportunities to include them in international projects and to encourage them to make a step abroad. Within the project we will use different methods: theoretical input on group building, definition about disability but as well non-formal methods like role playings and case studies. Grenzenlos is promoting this project in partnership with the A4A working group of Alliance, to increase the quality of the European Youthwork, and to increase the competences of the youthworkers including particiapants with fewer oportunities in inclusion projects. In the activity we will incude 3 trainers: 1 from Austria, 1 from Italy and from Slovakia. The austrian and italian Trainer have gained since years experience on the topic of inclusion the slovakian Trainers has been EVS last year at the Grenzenlos office, she has a disability and will bring the practical part for any questions from the participants on the topic of disability.
