The staff is in need to understand how to safeguard the quality of educational processes and how to make services more responsive to the families request . In addition, the managerial staff and pedagogic coordinators group need to compare with a country, that is in an advanced position as far as regards welfare childhood policies such as Sweden, and how to manage a modern pre-school as well. The number of personnel involved and their different profiles and skills will be crucial in achieving the final goal which is to acquire first of all language skills useful for the development of multilingual educational contexts . Multilingual contexts are born in order to contribute to the building up of an EU citizenship in children since kindergarten . The teachers also need to develop new ways of working in daily life. In fact, the management of everyday life and autonomy of children is the strength of Swedish schools that have a good method in education outdoors. Objectives This project aims to improve as much as possible the training of their teachers basically developing a deep sense of belonging to Europe. In addition this experience will give teachers the most suitable tools to the new European formats . It 's just with an adequate training of staff and school teachers that we can carry out a proper dissemination throughout the local territory involving children, families and citizens . The City of Ravenna , in particular, is preparing to pass the final stage of his candidature as European Capital of Culture 2019; the administration is firmly convinced that the cultural growth of a city must pass through the growth of their children. In order to get the best results in realizing this projet, the best way is to continue exchanging experiences and developing language skills either for educational staff and teachers. Participants All teachers have a "diploma" in higher schools and they attend training courses in various subjects such as pedagogy , sociology, psychology, every year. Impact and results We expect that the teaching personell and staff will enrich not only their knowledge and language skills, but also they learn new methodologies applicable to the daily management in the classes. As a consequence of this there will be an increasing children autonomy. Moreover we will expected to develop changes related to the outdoor spaces that are gardens around schools through the introduction of unusual teaching materials .
