Identifying opportunities and the potential of economic and social development of the Mehedinti -Vidin Cross Border area by organizing conferences and seminars with participation of the relevant stakeholders; 2. Increasing access to information and awareness of the importance of the role that local actors have in economic and social development of Mehedinti -Vidin Cross Border area;3. Support for creation of networks of cooperation in close relation to the needs and interests of development for Mehedinti –Vidin Cross Border area
