Our project " Plan to improve the quality of student mobility in long-term " arises as a result of a process of relationship between two High Schools, IES Monte Castelo de Burela (Spain) and Gymnazium Praha 10 (Czech Republic). Our two institutions have been conducted since 2002 PAPs Comenius and language exchanges. Our High schools are very satisfied with the results of this common work, which increases our reputation as an institution. After twelve years, we have a professional relationship, but friendly and personal too, between teams that coordinate this ERASMUS + mobility. The aim is to secure agreement on the curriculum and the proper conduct of student mobility projects of long duration. Experience the MAC mobility between the two centers during the last four years , we believe it is a guarantee of the viability and sustainability of this project. Mobility has a commitment to reciprocity and will have two teachers from each school. The selected teachers account for two post-compulsory specialties: Humanities and Social Sciences and Natural Sciences and Technology. This mobility will be held by mutual agreement during the first quarter of the year 2014-15. The working languages will be English and the Spanish. The job shadowing stay will last ten days. Participants will receive counseling and supervision by the respective coordinators of European programs of the two partner institutions. The participating teachers will integrate the results of experience in their teaching programs (curricular skills and learning tools) that will meet the educational community as a European added value of the institution to which they belong. We seek an impact on teachers, students, school community ( school based ) , and local , as well as in the academic authorities in our region. The Staff Direction will be responsible for quality agreements, economic management, certification of the participants and the drafting of reports and evaluation. The project will be disseminated through the mass media , the website of each institution and social networks.
