ENEPROT, as a non profit organization of scientists ,has as its main aim the promotion of protypes – models and quality. The basic target of the Program was right from the beginning the one of ENEPROT which is the Declaration of 1997, after the founding team of the Union was formed. In the Declaration is started as the basic target of ENEPROT “ the dissemination and the prevalence of the commitment that the Industrial Standardization differs from decisively from Protypation ( model –shaping) , that Protypation must form the human characters, the human societies, the global relations, and that the by the application of Protypation the rationalization could be achieved in Greece". The subjects which would be discussed, were programmed. Targeting on this direction in 8 unities respectively to the number of team-members which was defined by IKY for the group of the Program. The plan of the specific included the participation in education - programs, based on the suggested plan of the proposal which submitted to the Greek State Scholarship's Foundation, in different Schools and Departments of the Visiting University, presentation of the Organization for Quality of the" Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education", as well as visits to very small and medium- small sized enterprises of the Brasov area, which implemented Quality systems. Later thematic areas, were defined the relative unities to the team-members’ number which was given by IKY. The composition of the group’s 8 members represents different work-environments and different academic education and specialization. The participants consisted the multipliers of knowledge and experience which obtained by the interchanging of opinions, of discussions and of visiting in laboratories of the Transilvania University of Brasov, as well as after the visits to very small and medium small enterprises which are oriented to quality. In parallel a summit of good practices is already created and will be created in the future by the accomplishment of comparative researches between Romania and Greece, which be useful for every one interested from the academic and enterprising space.
