PILOTePME
Improving the access of SMEs to ICTs : In order to ensure their market competitiveness, SMEs will need to incorporate ITCs into their structures and to make the best possible use of these ICTs. This project therefore provides training for the role of e-facilitator: a person who will be capable of managing productive ICT projects for the SMEs concerned. This project started in 2003 and lasted 18 months.
