This action will be realised within the framework of the Erasmus + mobility-youth exchange for education, training and volunteering. It is a mutual youth exchange between Greece and Cyprus.This exchange, following the partner meeting and the informal contract between them, was planned and organised on the proposals and the needs of the young people with Special Needs and the plans they put forward to the members of the informal groups. The action is designed and based on the aims of the European Programs for training,life long learning and incentive boost. It is based on the principles and ethics of the European Union and encourages typical learning through practical tools, youthpasses and the informal learning through knowledge and skills acquisition like dialogue, politeness, respect towards humans, nature and culture.50 young men and women will participate in total with 20 escorts from various areas of Kavala, Cyprus and Kilkis , young people with special abilities and skills and of various cultural and financial backgroundsBesides the project includes activities and plans that address contemporary social, cultural and humanistic issues such as equality, disability, cultural participation, respect and artistic development, environmental projects as well as vocational training for youth, in an age poor in novelty and originality. It is important as well as comforting to have the participation of immigrant youth who, by participating, will encourage the spirit of assimilation and equal participation in an open EuropeThis is a novel project for the youth of Kavala who are called upon to prove that through the program activities have accomplished basic skills such as communication, cooperation, organisation, design and consistency(of speech, work and time),meeting deadlines and others (softskills) It is a novel activity and a project inspired by young people and realise by young people with or without disabilities with a vision for the future, love for their home place ,Kavala, and hope for a Europe of equality, justice, open horizons in science and art.>
