The partners were unanimous about the dangers of risky behavior and other addictions causing an isolation and exclusion risk. To educate and inform about the hazard, this group of seven countries consisting of two health or social professionals think about the approaches based around sport, art, citizenship by highlighting seven young former dependent (alcohol, drugs or substitutions treatments) maximum age 25 years, in each European country. This sharing of experience will have the effect of identifying as credible to our teens and young adults. Our association “FenêtreS” uses a pedagogy built around the non-formal education, allowing the valuation of our youth by making them responsible and citizen actors, by assist the homeless people or in big precariousness, Will bring a reflection on their own lifestyle. To bring of the conviviality, exchange and communication are important fundamental to question themselves about their own consumption.
