The second step consists of teaching activities held by professors and researchers from other universities in Italy and other EU Member States (as well as new Member States, like Croatia) having a specific competence on EU fundamental rights , the fundamental right to personal data protection, emerging issues in information technology, privacy, data protection and law. A Roundtable Debate will be organized each year at the end of each course, addressing a wider public (legal practitioners, decision makers at national ad EU-wide level, media). Young researchers will be asked to presente their papers on the basis of a call for papers launched during the course. Didactic material and provisional results of the research will be published on-line on a web-based e-learning platform of the University of Insubria, together with the video recordings of the webinars of the lectures and the roundtables. A dedicated webpage of the project will be set up with the aim to introduce the project, launch the call for papers.
