The main aim of two years project in K1 Erasmus Plus Programme is giving the teachers possibility to learn and develop their skills. We would like to create school reality with the European value and pedagogical innovations. The title of the project gives information that teachers comprehensive develop is very important for us, our school and pupils. We want to work in friendly atmosphere and give studens variety of ideas how to learn, be enthusiastic and motivated. During the project teachers will do 13 mobilities foe courses and job shadowing trainings. Every school need to develop and be innovative, the reality is changing and we need to be involve in needs of our students and local society. We - the teachers of Primary School No 11 understand the need of changing. We don`t want to only recreate the school programme, we want to create school reality and because of that we want to take part in international courses where we can connect with other teachers from around the Europe and exchange ideas. Our plan is concentrate mainly on methodology courses, language and ICT courses. Different types of courses and activities before the course give us the opportunity to create new school programmes based on experiences of other countries and new knowledge. All the results from participating in the project will be right for teachers, students and school. In the local society we will be perceive as an international school.
