The goal of the project was to create an opportunity for youngsters to develop competences by gaining knowledge regarding Human Rights and the ways of implementing them. The project focused od three key competences areas: social and civic competences, communication in foreign languages and learning to learn. Also the goal of the project was to create a series of short movies published on YouTube, describing the idea of Human Rights and the way to use them to overcome global problems.

As a part of the project, preparation meetings were held, both in national groups and between participants from different countries via social media and internet communicators (f.e. Skype, facebook). There was also a preparation meeting in Poznań for group representatives from 17th to 20th April 2015. In that meeting participated group leaders (one from each country and project coordinator) and youngsters (also one from each country). During that meeting both leaders and youngsters could see the venue, check for themselves accommodation and kitchens provided by the object administrators, so they could have decided if they wanted to prepare breakfasts and suppers as part of their own duties. It was decided that morning and evening meals would be prepared by groups of participants with help of one of the leaders. German group took upon themselves to prepare a presentation about dehumanization processes as well as exercises to that topic.
- It was decided to merge topics about ecological justice and economical equality into one day joint topic covering both areas. Polish group took upon themselves to prepare those topics and provide exercises. As a result of that change to the schedule one more day could be devoted to making video clips about Human Rights.
- Leaders distributed between them responsibilities to lead exercises from “Compass”.
- Leader of the day were assigned to each day. Also leaders working witch kitchen-duty groups were assigned. The chart of responsibilities was made by the Icelandic group.
- Information about health care system in Poland and insurances was disseminated between groups.
- Plans for traveling schedules, both to Poznań and in Poznań, were made.
- Project coordinator was made responsible for finding organization working with refugees and immigrants as well as organizations working for equality of sexes, and reaching out to them so they could send guest speakers to tell about their respective fields of interest.
- There was a discussion about how to resolve problems with technical equipment (cameras, microphones, computers) needed to create video clips. German group found cheapest offer to lend those things. Computers were provided by leader groups and participants.
