Project Peer to Peer is a youth exchange of 35 young people, coming from Slovenia, Italy, Poland, Croatia and Spain. The main topic of the project is social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities and cooperation among youth aiming to find solutions and develop concrete action for greater social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities. Project will take place from 22.08.2015 until 29.08.2015 in Celje, Slovenia. Through workshops, group work, discussions and lectures we will strengthen dialogue, cooperation and tolerance among youth by combining personal experience of each participant and her/his knowledge for developing concrete actions for social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities. Main results of the project are developed concrete actions for greater social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities and established cooperation among youth and bigger awareness of the problem of social exclusion. Developed actions will reflect the needs of those involved in the project and will be presented as possible solutions and also evaluated by the interested public about the possibilities of their implementation. Other results of the project are development of non formal education through active participation, finding possibilities to implement developed actions that tackle social inclusion in different environments, raising awareness and respect of cultural differences, detecting social problems and promote active role in addressing those issues.
