TERMINÉ
The project is based on adult learning proffession named as androgogy. Androgogy is a proffession and science discipline that leads adult learning.
The objectives of androgogy is to add learners these contributions:
a) Learners know why it is important to learn something (knowledge need)
b) Learners lead themselves by knowledge and know how they'll use it (self-administration)
c) Getting relationship between daily experiences and topics
d) People cannot learn if they are not ready (to learn) or are not intended (Preparation for learning)
e) Life dominated topic or problem-based orientation need
This methodology needs to help learners inhibition about the subject and to help them overcome their behaviours and beliefs.
Pedagogy and androgogy should be treated and sensed different from each other. In pedogogic approach, there is an addicted student and teacher pressured relationship. There will be a very effective learning if it's known these differences and others. There'll be more qualified learning. But we couldn't find a course or education programme in our country and we think that having a project as a whole institution will make it easier to follow and carry out its implementations. This is more extensive and wider. And the stakeholders takes the implementations more and it'll be more extensive.
The nımber of participants is 7 together with all the school staff during the project. The people we aim to reach are school principalsi teachers, students, parents and service staff related to that teaching and learning process at the school and the region.
The activities that are going to be held according to the course during that education process;
- workshops about different techniques regarding pedagogy and adrogogy;
- visits to adults institutions;
- debate with colleagues about the different models of andragogy;
- make known innovative practical ideas in the field of pedagogy and andragogy....
Thr expected results are helping to improve the necessary points in teaching methodology and as a result, rising the rate of student's success after appliying these techniques. So both the performances of teachers and students will rise after having these skills. Overlong term, the predictable benefit of the project will be making these methods and techniques widespread in the field of ascertained employing.
