PASS _ Infuence on personal access to education for people with migrant background

Pass LP aimed at defining ways to improve the access to education for people with migrant background through individual strengthening actions. It worked bottom up, through the biographical approach, to identify success and failure experiences. How do gender and migrant background interact with the access to the VET-System as well as to informal learning processes in the receiving society? The personal supply of action is shaped by factors like migration experience, gender, cultural background, family as well as political and economical boundary conditions in the receiving society. Taking into account, which ways do specifically support female and male migrants and the increasing need of the local communities to reinforce participation links among members, fostering the intercultural dialogue, these tools could help trainers and adult educators to improve the individualisation of lifelong guidance and learning pathways.
