Goal of Pavilosta secondary school is to expand educational functions and to develop the school as a modern educational and competences centre in the region. Our title for the project is “Wind of change”, which reflects needs of our project: - Improve pedagogical skills of staff, lead and organise qualitative EU projects, also in the frame of Erasmus+; - Obtain and share with the best experience and methods how the work is organised with non-formal education methods in the formal field; - Promote creativity of educational employee as the main tool to increase pupil’s motivation in multicultural background; The aim of the school in the future is to develop school to a modern educational centre of competence in the region, where successfully integrate EU dimension (develop international partnership and cooperation) and EU values as well as fulfil EU offered opportunities for the school’s pedagogical staff, students, parents and other stakeholders. Goals of the project: 1) send three teachers to educational courses; 2) to make team from the participants of courses and schools administration for planning further activities; 3) sharing experiences with school staffstudents, parents, local government, NGO and other cooperation partners and stakeholders; 4) launch non-formal educational methods in teaching process and afterschool activities; 5) motivating teachers and students to learn English language , organise English language courses for the staff; 6) assess impact of the growth according to specific goals of the project and the school. Target group of the training courses are professionally interested educational employees. Indirect target group: administration of the school, students, parents, local community and other interested. We have planned to send three teachers to following training courses: 1.Training course - Quality EU Project Management – Erasmus+ - Quality and efficiency for your international projects! 2.Training course - Spice up formal education! – Non-formal education to improve the learners’ motivation. 3.Training course - Creativity and interculturality - Harness the power of creativity through intercultural exchange in the classroom! These three learning mobilities will be provided by Dominou Association, PIC NO 948731296, which was established in 2004. There are employed 147 active members – teachers, lecturers, pedagogical councillors, who organises training courses in more than 5 EU countries. Dominou has got 3 international networks and it is accredited to organise training courses. With the leading organisation - Association of Romanian Dominou, we have prior cooperation, we have assured of their professionality, we have approached their prior work experience, conclusions from the other trainees. Dominou Association is opened for cooperation and actively provides support during the project, explains all the training results of learning mobilities. We are looking for good exchange of competences, establish contacts, find partners for the international Erasmus +KA2 projects. Trainees of professionaL development courses will improve understanding about EU opportunities for improvement the qualification: - will be improved pedagogical skills to lead and organise qualitative EU projects in frame of Erasmus+ ; - will be improved personal, intercultural and EU language skills; - Will be obtained and learned methods, how the work is organised with non-formal teaching methods in formal environment; - Will be promoted creativity of teachers as the main tool to increase students motivation to participate in international projects and multicultural environment. To assess, how the project has reached the main goals, we will develop evalution system. Preparationor the project, the main activities, evalution and distribution of the results will be reflected in the project dairy. The project will reach the goals if in education institution - will increase competences of project leadership, new international projects will be developed and submitted, cooperation team will be established for the future development, creative and opened school environment will be established by using non-formal educational methods and intercultural education, trainees will be motivated to use EU opportunities. Organization - will increasing quality of educational process and innovate it practically; according most modern research approaches; will be able to evaluate the quality of institution in international perspective; will have international professional counseling network. The participants will develop and use at large scale of innovative teaching and teaching methods; Participants - will increase EU dimension awareness and acquire ability to use the projects experience from partnerships in development of future projects, will increase awareness about the role of life long learning, promote cultural understanding, tolerance and respect for other EU cultures.
