TERMINÉ
A multidisciplinary course (6 ECTS) will be planned and carried out in order to upgrade professional skills of Finnish and Estonian environmental experts in the field of meteorology and hydrology, as well as relevant authorities in connection with environmental accidents e.g. oil and chemical spillages at the sea, dispersion of dangerous gases and nuclear power accidents. One of the main purposes of this project is to increase cooperation and networking between Finnish and Estonian experts and authorities in environmental, safety and rescue agencies in order to reduce the effects of environmental accidents.
