The rapid rhythm of our life, the giddy development of science, technologies and economics challenges schools demanding for more integration, receptivity, mobility in time and space. Single space of European Union offers us lots of possibilities to find out the best experience of different countries, to learn from the most outstanding professionals. We only have to step over the threshold of our school and country. Druva Secondary school has gathered good experience which we would like to share with but also teachers need and they want to learn from others. The skills of foreign languages are really necessary in the exchange process. Therefore in our project we pay them the greatest attention. The main target of six in mobilities involved teachers will be improving their knowledge of English language because the school lacks the teachers who are able to communicate fluently in reciprocal visits and e-environment. Within the framework of the project the teacher of English is going to perfect her English knowledge as well as five other teachers who are going to improve their English through the courses of their subjects. Besides, good communication helps to raise teachers’ self-confidence, diversify teaching methods and involve more students into international projects. The teachers of cultural history, science, IT and PE have intended to learn new methods and tools of teaching, to share ideas, to widen their horizon taking part in the outdoor activities which are planned during the courses. Altogether, 12 teachers are going to participate in courses. We are interested in sharing obtained experience with as many teachers as possible; therefore each participant will make the presentation on the content of the course, will organise an open lesson or an activity during the next school year in which the new ideas and skills will be demonstrated, will write an article for the local newspaper or the school’s home page. As a result of the project, the participants will improve their knowledge of English language, their professional skills and creativity. Also, the participants will increase their awareness and understanding about other cultures and find collaboration partners. Hence we hope to enhance the quality of our work and the competitiveness of our school. In the future we are planning to participate and, also, to involve our students in new activities of Erasmus+.
