TERMINÉ
The aim of project is - pre-school teachers to get to know , acquire and put into practice outdoor activities' methods / tools / techniques / approaches into exploring nature. In order to fulfill the objectives and ensure the professional development of teachers , and to gain as much as possible diverse general experience - three teachers will go to the "job shadowing" to three different countries ( the Czech Republic, Sweden and Bulgaria ) , in three different time periods ( October 2014 , the 2015th April and May). In the observation in Bulgaria will also participate Director , in order to learn how to equip and improve the practical implementation of school improvement outdoor environment for more effective implementation of the outdoor activities of exploring nature. The teachers who will go on mobility are open, communicative , with great adaptability and high working capacity , erudite and focused on professional development.
The main project activities : the preparation phase activities; the implementation phase ( to watch and learn partner - led outdoor activities in exploring nature, to get acquainted with as many different techniques / instruments. Become familiar with the non-formal education methods in implementation of outdoor activities. Project partners will share the details on the theoretical side of the project's subject ( where they are trained in what is now taught to us ). Our pre-school children will create a project logo. Project participants will fill a project diary. Premises of the school will be created permanent exhibition about the project progress. Regular loading of information on the project websites.); Evaluation period ( Teachers will prepare a presentation for Transfer of Knowledge. Mobility's participants will lead open hours ( for colleagues ), participate in creation of project outcomes guides, in the dissemination of the project and evaluation activities ).
Project impact and results will be reflected the best in teachers professional activities , it will expand their horizons , will be acquired - new knowledge and experiences, impressions and motivation for further professional development. Our school will benefit a lot from this project , as it will promote teachers ' skills set of diversified daily work with children ( the implementing of innovative methods and approaches ), gained knowledge surrounding school planning, as well as primary school teachers and the kids will be thrilled to spend more time outdoors. Impact of the project will certainly be invaluable with regard to its key target group - children. By the learned new methods and approaches to outdoor activities in exploring the nature , children will dot it in a natural , unforced way, which will promote desires of exploring nature, they will be able to notice much better that the nature is right here beside us and will explore it with a genuine interest . The winners will also be other educational institutions , as they will be provided with an informative guide on project results.
In the longer term we see a number of benefits - to decrease the number of children with incomplete knowledge of natural science subject , the project will serve as a basis for further modernization of education and teachers' improvement.
