Pedagogical advancement of our school concerning individualized and student-activating teaching as well as eLearning This two-year school education staff project aims at improving the pedagogical skills of a critical amount of our teachers concerning individualized and student-activating teaching. We intend to send out a total number of 8 teachers. Our partner schools in Norway and Sweden are going to be visited by three teachers each for the duration of one week each. These teachers will observe teaching there and are going to be trained by our partner schools to do some teaching of their own. We believe our partner schools are especially able to do this. They are also very keen on an discussing our observations and learning from us and sharing in the idea of European mobility. E-Twinning projects ought to be started whenever possible and suitable. Additionally we are going to send two members of staff to europafels e.V. in Tramino/Italy to attend a Europe-seminar there and to visit schools in the vicinity. Visiting our partner organisations will also result in intercultural learning in Europe, which will be very helpful for both staff and students alike. We are deeply convinced of the positive effect of these mobilities: They are going to enhance the quality of teaching at our school and enrich our school's development for the future. Finally they will motivate teachers and pupils.
