The project "P.I.S.T.E!-Program for Enriching the Chances of Teenagers in Europe is submitted by the national consortium for education and professional development EDU-VET-VES coordinated by the Technical Agricultural College Al. Borza with three partners :The Forestry and Agriculture College Greenhouse Timisoara, Technological Highschool St. Nicholas Deta and The Theoretical Highschool Traian Vuia Faget, highschool with a VET field of study. The purpose of the project is to endow the highschool students with the necessary skills, that would ensure their success on the work marketthrough attractive practical training sessions organiyed in different companies abroad. The training sessions are based on the training outcomes and will be recognized by ECVET. The projectțs specific objectives are:O1:Acquiring specific specialized competences in the field of study covered by their qualifications, for which the students prepare according the required standards , competences which will give them competitive advantages on the labour market and recognition at international level. O2.Getting familiarized with competitive and exigent professional environments that should ensute the achievement of a useful and relevant work experience both for their future career and the employment on the European labour market. O3.Developing important competences for future work related activities: professional communication, intercultural competences and linguistic competences O4.Personal development as a consequence of their work experience abroadO5.Consolidating the school national and international relations in order to establish a cooperation between labour market and the professional development, raising attractivity and quality of VET The participants are:- 50 students from technological highschool, 11 th grade Services, Field Economics, qualification technician in economical activities from CTAB Geoagiu, LTSN Deta and LTTV Faget -20 students from the 12th grade ,profil Natural Resources and the protection of the environment, field of study Forestry , qualification Technician in forestry and forestry exploitation from CTAB Geoagiu and CSACV Tm -20 students from 11th grade ,profil Natural Resources and the protection of the environment, field of study Agriculture-Veterinary, qualification Veterinary technician from CTAB Geoagiu and CSACV Tm Among these 50% come from disadvantaged environments .The group contains minors and they will be accompanied by 9 teachers from their schools. .Methodology used while developping the project:The objectives proposed will be realised through personal development activities which will take place at their workplace and will be correlated with the participants field of study,agriculture-veterinary,forestry, economics concentrated on obtaining the maxim efficiency and a wider impact of the project. The activities will take place in companies supervised, tutorship by specialists under the partnership ECVET made with Escola Professional do Montijo, documented through a MoU wich lasts 2 years.The Professional training follows a curriculum, the educational content of the training coresponds to::1. For the 11th grade students Economics, M7 Payment instruments2. For the 12th grade students Forestry, M7 Mecanizing work in the forestry 3. For the 11th grade students Veterinary, M7 Biotechnologies in raising animals, M6 Health and security in work in the sanitary-veterinary field of study, modules approved in the romainian syllabus iand the duration of the training is equal , 19 days/12 days to that established in the Educational Plans .The practical training is completed by linguistic and cultural in week-end integrating the activity.Before the mobility,in their home schools students will attend sessions to ensure their pedagogical, linguistical and cultural training tcreating a correspondence between students expectations and the opportunities offered by the projec. The methodology has been established taking in consideration the experience the apliccant and its partner have ,leading to an efficient way of developping the activities and the successful achievements of objectives.Expected outcomes: 90 students upper highschool with skills consolidating their ability to integrate on the labour market, international work experience, certificates and diplomas recognised at European level. Partnerships with economic agents, highschools in our country and abroad.The impact is improving the students presence, reducing the abandonment improving the insertion on the labour mark and the partner schools ability to act internationally.The sustenability is ensured by new projects.
