Ouverture internationale
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our high-school is located in a rural environment. It provides students with both comprehensive and technological courses. The two main sections of our school project are cultural opening and international opening. As such, over three years, each student should have the opportunity to take part in at least one cultural activity and at least one international activity. As simple as this goal may look, it is in fact really ambitious. To reach it, the school must set up a coordinated team involving several "actors". An active team is already working on this goal. Yet, so far, it has lacked a global perspective on it. And this is the reason why the school needs someone to act as "international coordonator", in order to supervise and link all the projects aiming at reaching this goal of cultural and international opening. It is thus necessary to carry on training staff in order to enable people to acquire skills in this wide and intricate field. A training session on the topic of "how to make your school more international" associated with TICE courses meets all the requirements for developing the school, because meeting potential new partners to work with and with whom to share ideas, usually provides new technical skills or knowledge as well as a new motivation for both teachers and students. The practical application of this training has already been thought through. Launching a long term project will enbale a fair division of the actions among a wider audience of students. Assessing the short and long term impact of this project will be a constant concern for the school. Indeed, to carry that goal on, the persons involved in the project will remain careful to keep on making their practices evolve so as to be more efficient, keep on questioning and analyzing the results of each action in comparison with the school project criteria, Erasmus+ expectations and requirements, and students and teachers' implication.
