Date du début: 31 déc. 2014, Date de fin: 30 déc. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project written by ZSB Rybnik (technical and vocational school) was prepared in accordance with our students needs (geodesy, IT, building constructions) and the Erasmus+ priorities. We have already conducted 3 Leonardo da Vinci projects and we are aware how important they were and have been for our students' personal and professional development. The Beneficiary - ZSB Rybnik sent 17 students (3 groups) to participate in this professional training. One group went to Braga, Portugal for 4 weeks in May 2015 (6 students). The second group went for 4 weeks (6 participants) in September 2015, and the third group for 2 weeks (5 students) in September 2015. Those two groups also went to Braga, Portugal. The number of students was decided on so as to increase competitiveness among students (5-6 participants per group). Each group was supervised by an experienced teacher. We chose Braga mob to be our partner as it was the only institution that was able to provide training for our groups in so diverse areas (surveying, IT and building construction). When we started our cooperation, our partner had 8 years of experience in organizing international projects. The year before they provided training for 80 students. Our cooperation with Braga Mob went smoothly, both institutions were open to suggestions and ready to compromise in difficult, technical issues. The main aim of the project was to help our students develop their knowledge and skills, learn new skills and use them in practice. It should help our students to find their place on the demanding job-market in the time of crises. Students were given an opportunity to familiarize themselves with Portuguese culture, traditions and history, as well as professional reality which for them was a new experience. Detailed aims - growth in knowledge and skills and personal development of 17 students were also achieved. The cultural and pedagogical preparation aimed at changing students' expectations and attitudes towards job market - from passive to more active, motivated ones. We provided our students with support at all stages of the project: preparation, travel, accommodation, training, insurance, difficult situations (e.g. health problems, e.g. buying medicine for a student who had a sore throat) We made our best to ensure work flow according to schedules. The managing team: school headteacher (M. Florczyk), who was be in charge of the whole project and it was his responsibility to make final decisions, project coordinator (K.Wrobel), an administration specialist (S. Minakowska), an accountant (B. Dudek). Our partner designated a person to contact during the project, it was Mr T. Nuno da Costa Soares Varajao Barbosa and his team. ZSB team met regularly (once a month), when it was necessary, we met more frequently, especially just before students' departure and after their coming back. The team focused on ensuring high quality of the project. We were constantly in touch with our partner. This helped us with proper project administration. The project was divided into 3 stages: preparation, training, post-training stage, all stages were evaluated. When evaluating our project we looled into aims, results, students' awareness. Our partner and the project coordinator (as the stake figure in the project) were also evaluated. Project influence on the institution: our school has got a higher prestige among students to be than other schools which cannot offer their students participation in Erasmus+ projects, among local society, educational authorities,we gained valuable experience in project management and team-work. It was also positive experience for our partner: experience in management, cooperation, organizing training For project participants: competence growth, competitiveness on the job market, personal development can be observed; they are much more self-assured and open Dissemination of results: conference, information in local press and on the internet, educational fair, days of science; Polish and Portuguese tutors assisted students during the whole training period, they met, discussed the work timetable, aims and results. Students will be provided with certificates confirming their participation in the preparatory stage. Our partner will provide certificates confirming skills gained during the training time. All certificates will be signed both people who were designated to sign documents on behalf of each institution. Students will also be provided with Europass Mobility certificates. We will do our best to ensure high quality of the project and fulfil our duties professionally.
