The project entitled “Opening for cross-cultural and intergenerational dialoque” would be executed within two years in R.Schuman`s junior high school associated with bilingual units. It involves six teachers in the target group including a school`s psychologist. Participants of the project are people engaged into both strategic partnership, interscholastic exchanges and bilingual teaching. Originators of mobility are German and Spanish teachers whose enthusiasm and belief in project spread among the rest of colleagues .Information about project was officially stated at the staff meeting thus guaranteed equal chances of accessibility and project transparency of recruiting. On the stage of completing questionnaire in the matter of combining individual aspirations with main features of European Plan of Development emerged a group of six teachers. They presented the main objectives of mobility which arose from our needs and aspirations to transfer our activities into international cooperation and increase efficiency of bilingual teaching.Objectives of the project:1/ improve foreign language skills and abilities, promote open and direct learning2/becoming more open-minded in vocational work3/promote knowledge and analysis of the framework considering the concept of European culture and identity4/ inspection of schools involved into project and acquirement of experience with of work with foreign student5/ observing of labour of partners` schools within chosen fields6/ teaching and integrating through art7/ increasing attractiveness of teacher`s job through international training and vocational experience8/ meeting and exchange experience with teachers from other countries, establish connections9/ foster translation and mobility of themes through multimedia techniques and ICT skills10/develop the benchmark of good practices11/ encourage the sharing of points of view and participation in the European awareness construction12/ contribute to the emergency of ideas 13/ raise school`s prestige and promote its image in its cooperation with different other schools, public authorities and organizationsThe project group has planned two types of actions which in our opinion will greatly contribute to fulfilling the school’s needs, these are : job shadowing and both language and specialized courses. The programme of the undertaken actions covers the preparation of participants before the mobility, actions connected with the mobility itself and finally the popularization of its results.Mobility appears to be a great opportunity for the development of our establishment in various areas. We expect that the realization of the project will bring both immediate and long-term benefits: 1. Enhancing history and culture recognition of the destined country. 2. Opening new opportunities and introducing diversity in school. Our goal is to share the knowledge and experience we are determined to gain, not only with our colleagues and students but within a larger environment. For that reason we have planned a number of activities to publicise our project.
