The proposed project is aimed at 20 farmers from the surrounding area of Trifylia . Participants are members of producer groups or agricultural cooperatives , and growers from across the province Trifylias of Messinia , . They are in the process of developing their own business or to continue their family business of which they are members . Emphasis is placed on the draft biological cultivating olive trees and the conversion of small olive farms in small agritourism businesses. The requirements will cover the project is not as theoretical as practical , experiential , exploratory . Arise not from their targets relating to creating products that will have the personal stamp of producers and area while meeting the sanitary and safety conditions in the production process of finished product . Also in the acquisition of knowledge and experience required for the transformation of traditional olive groves in farm houses with a focus on preparing local organic olive oil .
