The design of an observation tour to the High Rezia expected to create a substantially software tool support and shared between the organization and the Alta Valtellina Valposchiavo for the periodic collection and processing of data on key indicators of economic activities linked to tourism and the whole field of all'indotto surfed. The tool will be made ??available to the tourist offices of the district in view of implement activities and consolidate over time. Data processing will be send out reports on a regular basis to public administrations, entrepreneurs and their associations in order to orient development strategies and shared growth-oriented planning of the territory. As for the Valposchiavo is also provided integration and enhancement of project enabled by the canton of Grisons on the adoption of Balanced Scorecard model. / Il progetto di un osservatorio turistico per l'Alta Rezia prevede sostanzialmente di creare uno strumento software di supporto e un'organizzazione condivisa fra l'Alta Valtellina e la Valposchiavo per la raccolta e l'elaborazione periodica dei dati relativi ai principali indicatori delle attivita economiche legate al turismo e all'indotto su tutto l'ambito comprensoriale. Lo strumento sara messo a disposizione degli uffici turistici del comprensorio nell'ottica di implementare un'attivita e consolidarla nel tempo. L'elaborazione dei dati produrra dei rapporti da diramare a cadenza periodica alle amministrazioni pubbliche, agli imprenditori e alle loro associazioni al fine di orientare le strategie di sviluppo e una programmazione condivisa rivolta alla crescita del territorio. Per quanto riguarda la Valposchiavo e prevista anche un'integrazione e valorizzazione del progetto attivato dal Cantone Grigioni riguardante l'adozione del modello Balanced ScoreCard. Touristic operators participated to the implementation of the Observatory providing the information relevant to the touristic presence in their structures.
