" Let's dare Europe ! " Leo Lagrange is an important network of public educational associations, known to be useful for society in the fields of training, inclusion and empowerment of the young people. On of its missions is to make an citizen engagement thanks to an experience of mobility.Today, Leo Lagrange would like to welcome a young volunteer during 12 month as of September 2015. This choice, carefully thought by all the team, is born to create a real dynamics of sharing, a mutual contribution in order to build a progressive participative Europe and society. The feed back of a young volunteer, his knowledges and know-how, will allow our structure to communicate better with our public, with our partnership. They could all understand better our values and will maybe want to involve and take part in Europe by feelling themselves European citizens. The objective for the young people, throughout this action, is to use the mobility experience as an integration vector and as a security of autonomy, independence and maturity. Generally, the young volonteer will :make the young people on the territory* aware of mobility and follow them in their steps (young mainly “JAMO”, out of school for a long time, with social, economic, physical, cultural and/or geographical issues). Then, the tasks of the young volunteer will focus on culture, mobility, training and integration. This will be take place in the region Nord Pas de Calais but also in the Lille Office. The expected results for the the volunteer : Have an unic mobility experience during witch he can develop skills around YOUTH PATH support. Then, in becoming a mobility “ambassador”, he could encourage and mobilize several local, European and international actors to support such mobility programs on the long term because the citizen spirit “citizen of the world” is everyone business !
