10 students should travel to Hungary (Budapest) from the following fields: a) transport equipment and management - 4 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year students b) business school - 6 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year students In the study field of transport equipment and management students study production and operating procedures, they concentrate on technical documentation, vehicles, maintenance, transport, parts of tools and equipment, and also on the economic field of transport. In the study field of business school students learn business subjects and they learn how to prepare business plans of their own future firms, they learn how to lead a simple and double-entry bookkeeping, about legal regulations, how to prepare and bill taxation documents, they learn about the purchase-sales relationships, about customer-supplier relationships and about the market economy. The linguistic competence of students is sufficient, since all of them speak Hungarian language at least on B2 level. The level of their professional knowledge corresponds with the expected level of knowledge, skills and abilities of 2nd-, 3rd- and 4th-year students, based on the school education programme. We do not have special needs or special circumstances. If a student will not be able to participate in the vocational training (because of health issues), we name substitutes for the positions (1student/study field). The number of students from socially disadvantaged environment reaches 5 or 6 from the total number of participants. The students come from socially weaker families, or from marginalized Romani communities. A big advantage offered by this project is the possibility for students to travel abroad, since most of the families live among financial problems. Another advantage of this project is the possibility to compare the working environment, the technical equipment and the available materials with those at home, and to gain working experience in a big foreign company. Students can also develop their personal and communicating skills during the training. The newly acquired working skills will not disappear, since the majority of the students aim to find a job in their field of study after finishing school. The working language will be Hungarian, since all of the participants speak this language. The mobility takes place in Budapest in November 2014. The training will take place in firms and companies specializing in: transport, maintenance of cars, administration. If a student will not be able to participate in the vocational training (because of health issues), we name substitutes for the positions (1student/study field). The main aims of the project are: -to apply the theoretical knowledge and skills in practice - students carry out practice in concrete garages, private firms, transport firms -to develop the professional vocabulary -to learn new skills, to acquire new competence, and to meet with new modern technologies in the study fields of the students, e.g. to use computer programmes in firms, travel agencies, high-tech spare parts, to work with a Bosch diagnostic equipment, to use logistic programmes, e-shops We also aim to enable self-development, to learn how to be independent, how to decide alone, how to work in a team, how to solve problems and conflict situations, how to improve professional and key competence. In the field of transport equipment and management these competence surface in subjects as: parts of machinery, vehicles, measurement and diagnostics, the techniques of driving and electrical measurements. In the field of business school these competence surface in subjects as: bookkeeping, training company, business analyses, management and marketing. The general aims of the project would like to ensure self-development of the students, to improve their mobility and willingness to travel abroad. The aims were defined according to the needs of participants. The participants -apart from real practice- need to acquire experience abroad, to meet with new technical methods, work practices, which help them to compete in the job market and also to improve the level of their professionalism. In Moldava nad Bodvou, in the neighboring towns and in Kosice students have the chance to find a job in engineering, in transport, in car maintenance, in banks, businesses and services, and in private production as well. Employers expect a successful graduation from high-school from their employees, while a vocational training abroad would mean a big advantage as well. Our students can speak English, German and Hungarian. Another advantage is the short distance between Moldava nad Bodvou and Hungary.
