Organic business cooperation in the cross-border area
Date du début: 30 nov. 2010, Date de fin: 29 nov. 2011 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The project addressing Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County, Hajdú-Bihar County, Satu-Mare County and Bihor County as target area, aims to draw attention to the need for a conscious way of life, to promote bio-farming and strengthen business cooperation and knowledge transfer among organic farmers in the Hungarian-Romanian border area, in the field of organic farming, co-operation and bio culture.Country borders do not set limit to pollution or stretch of artificially produced unwholesome edibles. On the other hand, the two countries had developed different practices of production and processing structures, use different technologies. Getting to know about each others practices, processes and technologies can improve the quality of management, and also increases the production. Due to this project organic farmers from Romania and from Hungary can get a new impetus, recognition that they make useful work, and encouragement to continue their activity. They will learn about each others innovative processes and technologies, which they can incorporate in their own farming procedures, and can achieve better, healthier and more effective products.Target groups of the project are Hungarian farmers of Kelet-Magyarországi Biokultúra Egyesület, members of Romanian Bioterra Association, independent farmers of the two countries who are interested in knowing and implementing bio agricultural technology and techniques, as well as people of Hajdú-Bihar County and Bihor County, all those who would want to live a more healthy life.
